Developing instrumental and vocal skills
A practical workshop day to help you develop your musical gifts in worship. To include:
• How to practise effectively
• Warm-ups, care of instrument/voice
• Learning to play/sing together
• Improvising, harmony
• Developing rhythm skills
• Blending instruments/voices
• Playing/singing in different styles
There will be split workshop sessions for instruments and voices in morning and afternoon, and the day will start and end with worship together. These workshops are not intended for beginners – at least a basic level of proficiency/experience will be needed.
